RETURN POLICY: You must get in touch with us within 3 days after getting your order for returns.
- You must send us a picture of the product to show proof of the damaged product.
- If we think you are eligible for a return then you may get in contact with us at satonastreetwear@gmail.com
- Please inspect your order when it comes in for issues, damages, if it is the wrong product, etc.
SHIPPING INFO: Please allow products to ship within 2-3 weeks, once the product has shipped you will get sent a tracking number and should expect the order to come in within 3-5 business days after shipment.
- Incorrect addresses: We will be shipping orders to the exact address the customer puts into the order. Satona Streetwear is not at all responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address details supplied. If the buyer enters an invalid address at checkout, preventing the shipping of the order, the buyer has 90 days to contact us and provide a valid address or the items become forfeit, cannot be reclaimed and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Returning incorrect/damaged products: If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible for contacting Satona Streetwear to request the package to be reshipped, and the buyer is fully responsible for the cost to reship the order. After 90 days, returned mail items become forfeit, cannot be reclaimed and no refund or credit will be issued.
- LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products during shipment. Once the order gets placed the customer agrees to FULL responsibility of the package.
